The take out enchiladas were horrible, just 3 tortillas and ground beef thrown in the tray with no white queso — and the chips were cold/unsalted/undercooked. Check your food before leaving here.

Staff here is very friendly, but the food is super okay. Not bad, definitely not great. Honestly wouldn't recommend it.

This is the second time I have been only wanting a frost mug for my draft beer. I use to frequent here until the customer service failed extremely. From the waitress waiters bartenders and management. The customer service has became horrible and I will never attend this place again. Not recommended if you are expecting customer service for your dollar you are spending. EL Porton on Cantrell always has the frosty mugs

Your typical Mexican restaurant. A little higher quality than some others. I have generally experienced good service.

The waiter didn't come around very often to check on is and when my husband ordered tres leches cake they didn't have any. I don't know if it was because we got there early or if they were going to be out the entire night but it doesn't look good when you are out of something o. The menu. Overall, the food was good. We mixed the cheese dip with the hot salsa and it was delicious!

this place is pathetic and beyond words. I was there when a server put in their own tips on a ticket when the customer gave a outstanding tip. The waiters and Servers are rude and the bathroom I went into had wires sticking out if the walls over the toilet. I have also seen very poor standards in peeping food and making dishes In the back and they let anyone that is below standard work here always someone that works here never the same people.

The service here is exceptional. I come here often and find the food is always good, never a variation or lessening of quality. The margaritas are the best, especially blended. This is my fave of all the Mexican Restaurants locally. Always clean, always quality.

It was the only place open to dine in during the crisis, so it was good that my family was able to sit alone on the patio. The only things I can recommend are the guacamole and margaritas! My chicken fajita salad bowl was so horrorifically juicy it may as well have been a soup. I nearly gagged when I tasted the fishy aroma of the fajita chicken. My uncle who can eat anything didn't finish his enchiladas.

The service here is absolutely terrible!!! I have visited Cactus Jack’s multiple time & had received the same results, which is horrible service & cold food. Better service would improve the food tremendously!!!

Terrible service, food was room temperature. Went on Father’s Day at 5 PM, party of 9. not busy at all. Had to ask our waiter several times to get our drink order, took forever to get it. Had to get our own silverware and napkins. Finally ordered and it took an hour to get our food, orders were wrong, a waitress that delivered our food argued with another guest at our table about why her food was messed up. 2 people at our table didn’t get their food until we were almost done eating. Had to wait forever for a ticket to pay for our food.

Went here for Valentines Day because I love Mexican food & was trying a different place. The customer service was awful. We sat there for the longest waiting to place our order. One lady even started cleaning tables around us instead of taking our order. Finally got to order the food, it was really good except for the salsa & worst cheesecake I ever had in my life. Had to get our own silverware off of another table. The drinks 🍹 are good. No one ever came to check on us to see if we needed anything. I won’t be spending money there again

The food is Fresh and they dont bugs with wearing a mask they wear it but if u dont have one its fine you can dine IN Love it

One of the best Mexican meal's ever! Not sure how to pronounce it, but translation is , " sky, sea, land" ( chicken, shrimp and beef) fajitas with cheese sauce, an appetizer but makes a meal!

Great place to eat if you want some great food. We had a party of about 10 and they were very instrumental in assisting us to put tables together in order to accommodate everyone who came. I certainly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Been here many times. Always have just about the same order but it never gets old!

They charged us full price for a 3 yr olds drink. We ordered the meal that said it includes cheese but yet they charged us both for extra cheese.. the beans were nasty. Our total was 28.24. When I checked my account 3 days later & it showed 32.34 was charged to our debit card. Want our 4.00 back plus the 2 cheese charges. Also next time let the 3 yr old sip outta your drink

Great food and atmosphere

They were very fast, and the food was not bad, the three tacos I got were kind of light on meat, but the enchiladas were really good, but my wife ordered a drink that she never got, which happens every now and then, but we were literally one of four tables in the whole place. Overall, I had a good experience, but there were a few small things that nagged at me.

Clean and great service. The meals were delicious. The salsa and cheese dips were yummy too. Great place to eat.

They never came by to check on us.. ordered meal and after 30 minutes they finally came to tell us they did not have what we ordered. I’m still waiting on the waiter.. this place sucks.. never again will I dine here.. I am sure they will go out of business.. very poor service.. Stay away .. money better spent elsewhere..

I live 49 minutes away from this restaurant. I usually check my order, however when I received it the gentleman repeated my order to me so I assumed everything was right. When I got home it was totally different my husband's food didn't have the red sauce on top. My order didn't have anything on it. So I called the restaurant he tried to tell me that is what I ordered when I know dang well that was not true. Long story short my husband returned it they remade the order but still left out my lime and put very little cilantro etc on top. I am very disappointed in this spot will never spend my hard earned money in here again.

There are a number of Mexican restaurants to choose from put this one on your list the guacamole is good along with the cheese dip I had a shrimp dish the portions are generous I gave it a 4 because your taste buds may not agree but it's worth trying
